New England elopement packages purposefully crafted for your unforgettable adventure

Intentionally designed, completely customizable elopement experiences for a day that’s true to you.

The way you get married matters.

Your wedding day story is one you’ll look back on for the rest of your lives, and I believe it matters that those memories are warm, positive, and feel like an authentic reflection of who the two of you are and what you wanted your day to look like.

How you get married sets the tone for the next chapter of your lives together—you deserve a day filled to the brim with joy.

So how do you make that happen?

You want your day to feel aligned with who you are

But you don’t know where to start

You don’t want any wedding day regrets

And you’d rather have a peaceful experience

You want a fulfilling and unforgettable experience

Not a stress-filled planning process and an overwhelming wedding day

So how do we create a “zero regrets” wedding day experience?

I transitioned away from photographing traditional weddings because I saw too many couples settling for a wedding day they didn’t really want.

Hearing the words, “We just want to get it over with” broke my heart, so I found a way to help couples plan and enjoy their day fully.

Pairing my personal travel and planning experience with my years of expertise shooting traditional weddings, I help craft intentional elopement experiences in stunning natural landscapes where you can feel free and at ease.

but hold on, WHAT DOES IT REALLY MEAN TO ELOPE?

To elope is to embrace the unimagined, to dare to do something different, to decide your wedding day matters too much to do it the same as everyone else.

MY APPROACH

Each of my elopement packages always include:

Elopement Framework Customized to Your Unique Vision

Free Consultation Call
I set up a free consultation call with all inquiring couples, so I can ensure I understand your hopes for your elopement. This is where we’ll get to know each other, I’ll hear your thoughts and ideas, and I’ll begin helping you dream up with a framework for what your elopement day can look like.

Location Scouting & Custom Location Guide
I’ll help you choose the perfect elopement location for your vision. Whether you have a specific spot in mind or you’ve only started dreaming, I’ll suggest the best options for your desired scenery, prioritizing your desires for seclusion, accessibility, and activities.

Personalized Timeline
An elopement timeline gives you the freedom you need to enjoy your day fully, without the stress and rushed feelings of a traditional wedding. I’ll create a timeline that gives you an experience with the most ideal lighting and time away from crowds.

Exclusive Vendor Recommendations
I’ve created a list of my most highly recommended vendors from videographers to florists to private chefs (and more) just for my couples. No matter who you’re looking to help you celebrate, I’ve got you covered.

Unique Activity Ideas
Your elopement should feel like the best date day ever—I’ll provide you with activity suggestions based on the things the two of you enjoy doing together, as well as provide insight into how you can incorporate wedding traditions into your day without it feeling stuffy.

Hands-On Planning Guidance & Industry-Based Expertise

Resources and Elopement-Specific Research
I’ve spent countless hours writing blogs, guides, and resources for couples to access helpful information and have specific problems solved for absolutely no cost. You have access to all of those resources, and I’ll research anything we need answers to for your specific elopement needs.

Unlimited Calls & Communications for All Your Questions
Questions are bound to pop up throughout the planning process, which is why I’m just a text or an email away from answering your questions and talking through your ideas so your day feels like the most authentic reflection of your relationship.

Knowledge on Permits & Marriage License Requirements
The legalities of your elopement planning process don’t need to feel overwhelming—I know who to talk to and where to find information for your chosen location so
you can relax and enjoy dreaming up your day.

Pivots & Adjustments As Needed from Years of Experience
No matter the weather or unexpected challenge, I’ll come up with solutions on the spot to keep your elopement running smoothly and ensure everyone is having a good time.

Leave No Trace Copy & Paste Templates for Your Loved Ones
Eloping comes with a responsibility to leave little to no impact on the landscape. If you’re hoping to invite your favorite humans to celebrate with you, I’ve got pre-written LNT resources you can copy and paste into an email to share with them so everyone’s on the same page.

Photography with an Emphasis on Storytelling

Hand-Edited Photos with a Timeless Feel

FAQ

Your Questions Answered

This is a common misconception, but here’s the thing: there is no such thing as a wrong way to elope, whether you’re doing something “adventurous” or not.

Hiking or rock climbing on its own isn’t what makes you an adventurous couple. Though those activities are a super rad way to spend your elopement day if that’s what you want, the best way to have a fulfilling elopement experience is to fill your day with things that feel like a real representation of who the two of you are together. That could be relaxing in a hammock while you chat about the day you’ve shared, or it could be taking a helicopter tour over a national park, or it could even be both. The whole purpose of eloping is to make your wedding day an intentional celebration of your relationship, so please don’t feel pressured to do anything you’re not 100% into.

No matter how you choose to structure your day, going against the grain to have an untraditional wedding day already makes you adventurous. There are also plenty of locations with stunning views that you don’t have to hike to get to, and a heart-pumping list of activities isn’t what defines a meaningful elopement experience. At its core, elopements are meant to elevate your relationship itself, and whatever way you choose to celebrate that connection makes your elopement its own version of the perfect day.

Where you elope is a huge part of the experience you’ll have, which is why it matters that you choose a place that feels right for the two of you.

We’ll set up a call after you send over your inquiry, where we’ll have a laid back conversation about all the possibilities. There’s a perfect elopement location for everyone, and I’ll help you find yours.

*I am not offering international elopements at this time.

Of course! I photograph intimate weddings with a small number of guests—generally up to 20 people.

If you’re looking for a way to incorporate your favorite humans without losing that intentional time for just the two of you, you can book a multi day elopement where you set aside one day for your family and friends and another for just you two. Many couples find this to be a really great way to fully immerse themselves in their own experience as a couple, while still having the opportunity to spend precious time with their loved ones without feeling rushed.

One of my favorite parts of helping my couples is to assist them in planning out a day they’re really freaking excited about. While I’m not a full-service planner or coordinator, I do craft a custom timeline, create a personalized location guide tailored to the kind of landscape and scenery you’re looking for, recommend vendors, and suggest elopement day activities.

Imagine the two of you are coming up with the perfect date day. From sunup to sundown, you get to do anything and everything that would make you happy together and leave you saying, “Yeah, this day couldn’t have been any better.” What would that day look like for you?

When it comes to the way you structure your elopement, I always suggest activities the two of you have always wanted to try or already enjoy doing together.

The beauty of eloping is that you have a blank slate to do anything and everything you want. You can include traditional wedding day elements like a first dance, a cake cutting, a “reception” with your loved ones—and untraditional activities like hiking, kayaking, sightseeing, relaxing in a hammock, rock climbing, and so much more.

I’ve seen “bad” weather on elopement days and in my own personal travels make for some of the most beautiful photos and coolest stories. Whether it’s wind, rain, snow, or distant stormy skies, you can expect your experience to be one of a kind.

We’ll have multiple contingency plans set up throughout the planning process so you two can still have a good time and so your day will be one worth celebrating. And, if there’s a risk to safety in regard to weather, I’ll never put you or your loved ones in a position that’s unsafe.

I hear you, friend—I want to ease your nerves right away by telling you that an elopement is not about posing in front of the camera the whole day. You’re choosing a different type of wedding day because you want something that reflects your personalities, lets you slow down and take it all in, and allows you space to feel safe and free.

Ready to begin planning your elopement experience?

Turning your vision into reality is what I do best. Whether you’ve just started planning or you’ve got tons of ideas, I’m here to help you create the elopement day you’re dreaming of.

State, general location, certain type of landscape or scenery, etc.
Please note: I typically photograph celebrations with 0-20 guests.
